Skill development improves wellbeing and removes barriers to socialising, learning and independence. Resolute Therapy teaches skills and provides strategies which help increase independence, reduces challenging behaviour and support emotional meltdowns.
Social, Play and Communication
Language and socialising styles are unique. Speech might be difficult for your child and you might notice that the way they talk is different, limited or difficult to understand. Resolute Therapy helps improve social abilities and community participation. We design programs which promote functional communication.
Daily Living Skills
Resolute Therapy focuses on interests, strengths and skills to teach ways to improve abilities in the home and increase independence in areas of toileting, showering, dressing, organisation, meal and bed routines.
Sensory Processing
Seeing, feeling, smelling, hearing and touching is experienced uniquely. Sometimes strong sensory reactions occur and some people respond by hiding, or running away. Some children will seek sensations, such as touching water. Resolute Therapy can help identify sensory preferences and ways to help .

Behaviour assessments are completed for strategy support programs . These can provide helpful information for schools and the the NDIS to identify required areas for support. Assessments identify capabilities, so that suitable strategies are identified. We teach skills and adjust environments to prevent challenging behaviour.

Supporting behaviour and development
Resolute Therapy provides services to NDIS participants under improved daily living skills. We service Self and Plan Managed NDIS participants in South West Victoria and Mount Gambier.
Home and Community
Resolute Therapy supports individuals to achieve their developmental, behavioural, social and learning goals. We provide support within early childhood, kindergarten, home, education, and employment settings.
Bookings
Sessions will be booked where possible to suit your family life and on days which work best for you. We aim to support people in country areas.
